Love this place. They got me in within 1/2 hour after I called. My beagle got off leash and ran through the briars and got cut up pretty good. They were very good with him and seemed to care about him as much as I do.
I take all four of my dogs here. The vet and staff are very friendly and always answer any questions that I have. They are great with all four of my fur babies!!
Had a similar experience, I spent over $500 on a yeast infection in my dog's ear and they kept asking me to come back for more and more treatments, charging me a huge office visit fee every time... And NOW my dog has sudden deafness from all the liquid they poured into his ear canal. I looked it up online and sure enough found out that too much ear medication in older dogs can cause sudden deafness. This place "seems" to care but they really just like to keep you thinking you need to come back for more and more...
My cat had developed some scabs on her head and there was no sign of fleas or any pain and I called the vet just to see if this sounded like something I should really take her in for or if this was common- an allergy that we should keep an eye on or something. And we could not reach the vet through phone or email- only the receptionist. They just wanted us to make an appointment without telling us if it was urgent or something they have seen before. It feels like if they really care about my cat, they would give a better response.
